You are probably familiar with Pancetta the traditional Italian bacon made from belly pork, well now you can get the same great taste from our succulent back bacon. Just like the Italians, we use plenty of fresh herbs in our mix and the Cure & Simple garden has a ready supply of thyme and sage for us to include. Like pancetta, our bacon is not smoked in order to retain the delicious aroma of fresh herbs..

Delivery

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail, 1st Class Post. Our delivery days are Tuesday and Friday. All Bacon envelopes are picked up from Cure and Simple HQ the evening before each delivery day and will be delivered with your post the following morning*. Our Bacon envelopes go through a standard letterbox. So if you can receive normal letters through the post you can receive Cure and Simple bacon.
* Order before 13.00hrs for next available delivery.
